Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply to every quote, offer, order, confirmation, and invoice and are deemed known and accepted by the client at the time of order, quote confirmation, and at each subsequent renewal, including editions published and in force at the time of renewal. The currently valid version is 013-IT dated July 25, 2026.

Summary of the main points

- Subject matter: website development and management services, hosting, cloud, domains, email and PEC, SEO and digital marketing, data analysis.
- Duration and renewal: 12 months for ongoing services, with automatic renewal unless written cancellation 30 days before expiration.
- Support and maintenance: every new site or takeover starts with MXN-Care Maintenance active, minimum 12 months; premium plugin licenses are managed by the Provider and the site remains functional afterward, without further updates related to those licenses.
- Client content: texts, images, and materials remain the property and responsibility of the client, who guarantees their lawfulness.
- Privacy, cookies, and accessibility: compliance requirements on the client's site (disclosures, banners, accessibility requirements) remain the client's responsibility, unless specifically commissioned.
- Artificial intelligence: any use of AI tools occurs under human supervision, in compliance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 and Law 132/2025; a dedicated disclosure on AI use is attached to the quote.
- Competent jurisdiction: Court of Vicenza for non-consumer clients; mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
Approval of the clauses
Acceptance of the quote implies acceptance of the General Conditions. Onerous clauses pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code are approved by the client with specific and separate signature, through the appropriate form attached to the quote.
